Buscamos um(a) FP&A para atuar de forma estratégica no planejamento financeiro, análise de desempenho e gestão de caixa da Rede Cuidar, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da organização. O profissional será responsável por apoiar a tomada de decisão da alta liderança por meio da construção de modelos financeiros, análises de viabilidade econômica, elaboração de indicadores e projeções financeiras, atuando de forma integrada com as áreas de Expansão, Operações, RH e Diretoria Clínica.

Construir e manter modelos financeiros consolidados da rede e por unidade, contemplando DRE, fluxo de caixa e indicadores gerenciais.

Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento anual, revisões orçamentárias e projeções financeiras (Rolling Forecast).

Desenvolver estudos de viabilidade econômico-financeira para abertura de novas unidades, incluindo análise de CAPEX, ramp-up, breakeven, payback e retorno sobre investimento.

Analisar resultados financeiros, identificando desvios entre realizado e orçado e propondo ações de melhoria.

Desenvolver, acompanhar e apresentar indicadores financeiros e operacionais para apoio à tomada de decisão.

Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas para a Diretoria e CEO.

Realizar projeções e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa de curto, médio e longo prazo.

Monitorar capital de giro, recebíveis e necessidades de caixa da operação.

Apoiar análises relacionadas à captação de recursos e alternativas de financiamento quando necessário.

Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Expansão, Operações, RH e Diretoria Clínica, fornecendo suporte financeiro para decisões estratégicas.

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, controles e ferramentas de planejamento financeiro.

Requisitos

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência de 2 a 7 anos na área financeira, sendo no mínimo 2 anos em FP&A em empresas com múltiplas unidades de negócio.

Domínio de modelagem financeira avançada em Excel ou Google Sheets.

Experiência na elaboração de orçamento, projeções financeiras, fluxo de caixa e análises gerenciais.

Excelente capacidade analítica e comunicação executiva.

Desejáveis

Experiência em empresas em fase de expansão (Scale-up).

Conhecimento em ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI).

Vivência no segmento de saúde, clínicas, hospitais, operadoras ou áreas correlatas.
