Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na posição/área de Enfermeiro - Educação Continuada - São Vicente (Gávea), contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar cronograma anual dos treinamentos de acordo com o levantamento das necessidades indididuais de cada unidade de negócio; Elaborar, aplicar e acompanhar treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais direconados aos novos colaboradores durante o período de integração profissional; Validar a prática assistencial através da aplicação de check-lists técnicos;Apoiar nos treinamentos de novas técnologias implementadas no hospital;Participar ativamente da rotina diária das unidades de cuidado com ênfase nos processos de segurança voltados para os pacientes de maior risco;Participar de campanhas educacionais; Supervisionar a aplicação de bundles de prevenção de infecção associada a assistência de saúde;Auditar semanalmente os processos assistenciais com foco educativo, sendo direcionado pela gerência de enfermagem;Apoiar a elaboração e revisão de normas e rotinas da instituição, com objetivo de manter as boas práticas e melhorar o desempenho da da equipe de enfermagem nos cuidados aos pacientes; Apoiar a gerência de enfermagem na supervisão nos finais de semana e feriado, sendo referência para assistência e colaborando com a gestão de pessoas e dimensionamentos da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior Completo em Enfermagem
