Assegurar os recursos sob sua responsabilidade de forma a obter os resultados esperados no atendimento às premissas e estratégias de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente. Dimensionar e gerir recursos humanos, equipamentos e materiais para o funcionamento da unidade, assim como todas as rotinas envolvidas nesta operação. Aplicar e monitorar as normas e rotinas assistenciais com a equipe operacional, garantindo qualidade e segurança na fonte. Responsável pela coleta, abastecimento e análise crítica dos indicadores definidos no Qualidor, assim como os ciclos de melhoria a partir da análise dos dados e fatos. Garantir rotinas de acompanhamento com análise crítica e ações de melhoria na dimensão de qualidade percebida. Interagir com a Qualidade para desdobramento das boas práticas assistenciais, garantindo zona de excelência nos resultados de qualidade percebida.
