Agathe Verhelle, o profissional irá desenvolver atividades junto ao time de compras, onde através de ações conjuntas e participativas, contribuirá para uma sociedade ética e fraterna. Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar nos processos de compras, contribuindo para a eficiência das aquisições, o desenvolvimento de fornecedores e a otimização dos recursos institucionais, por meio de negociações estratégicas e soluções que assegurem a melhor relação custo-benefício para a Rede.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir os processos de compras, desde a análise das solicitações e cotações até a negociação e formalização dos pedidos;Negociar preços, prazos e condições comerciais, buscando as melhores oportunidades e a relação custo-benefício para a instituição;Prospectar, selecionar, desenvolver e avaliar fornecedores, considerando critérios de qualidade, preço, prazo e condições comerciais;Acompanhar os pedidos de compras, monitorando prazos de entrega, pendências e conformidade dos produtos e serviços adquiridos;Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar fornecedores, produtos, tendências e oportunidades de redução de custos;Identificar oportunidades de otimização de recursos e aprimoramento dos processos de aquisição;Apoiar a negociação e formalização de contratos com fornecedores;Manter atualizados os cadastros, registros e documentos relacionados às aquisições;Follow-up de entregas: monitorar o fluxo de chegada de insumos; Emitir pedido de compras, acompanhar notas fiscais e alimentar os sistemas de gestão integrada - ERP.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Econômicas, Logística ou áreas afins;Experiência mínima de 2 anos na área de Compras ou Suprimentos;Conhecimento em processos de compras, técnicas de negociação e gestão de fornecedores;Domínio das ferramentas Google Workspace (Drive, Agenda, Meet, entre outras).
