Mapear e analisar a jornada do usuário nas plataformas digitais da A Gazeta, identificando pontos de abandono, engajamento e oportunidade de conversão;Propor e executar estratégias de engajamento e retenção baseadas em comportamento de audiência;Segmentar a audiência por interesse, comportamento e estágio na jornada, criando ações personalizadas para cada perfil;Monitorar e reportar métricas de engajamento, retenção e ARPU, transformando dados em narrativas acionáveis para a equipe;Colaborar com as áreas de Produto, Redação, Comercial e Redes Sociais para alinhar estratégias de conteúdo e oferta;Identificar oportunidades de monetização a partir do comportamento da audiência — novos benefícios, parcerias, formatos e programas de afinidade;Apoiar a gestão do Clube.AG e das comunidades do site, propondo melhorias na experiência e na oferta de valor para os membros;Criar e otimizar fluxos de automação de relacionamento (e-mail, push, WhatsApp) para diferentes segmentos da audiência.

Requisitos e qualificações Do que você precisa:

Formação em Jornalismo, Marketing, Publicidade, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em função similar (engajamento, retenção, CRM, produto digital ou growth);Domínio de ferramentas de analytics de audiência — Google Analytics 4, Chartbeat ou similares;Experiência com plataformas de CRM e automação de marketing — RD Station, HubSpot ou similares;Capacidade de análise de funis de conversão e métricas de retenção (churn, LTV, frequência de retorno);Familiaridade com testes A/B e otimização de jornadas digitais;Habilidade para transformar dados em insights acionáveis e comunicá-los com clareza para diferentes públicos.Serão diferenciais:Experiência prévia em veículo de mídia digital, plataforma de conteúdo, edtech ou startup com modelo de membership/assinatura;Conhecimento de modelos de clube de benefícios, programas de fidelidade ou comunidades digitais;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de comunidades (WhatsApp Business API, Discord, Circle ou similares);Conhecimento do mercado capixaba e do comportamento do público do Espírito Santo.
