-Gerenciar, planejar e coordenar as atividades do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade da rede hospitalar, assegurando a padronização dos processos; - Definir, implementar, monitorar e prestar suporte às metodologias da qualidade, contemplando gestão de documentos, mapeamento e padronização de processos, gestão de indicadores, gestão de riscos, tratamento de não conformidades e eventos adversos; - Conduzir a implementação, disseminação e manutenção da Política da Qualidade e Segurança do Paciente em todas as unidades da rede hospitalar; -Gerenciar e acompanhar os processos relacionados às certificações, acreditações hospitalares e demais programas de qualidade institucionais; - Gerenciar e acompanhar os protocolos institucionais, promovendo revisões periódicas, monitoramento da adesão e alinhamento às melhores práticas assistenciais e administrativas; -Planejar, desenvolver e conduzir treinamentos, capacitações e ações educativas voltadas à gestão da qualidade, segurança do paciente, gerenciamento de riscos, ferramentas da qualidade e melhoria contínua.
