Na Rede Mulher Empreendedora fomentamos o protagonismo feminino no empreendedorismo e no mercado de trabalho, contribuindo para a geração de renda e independência financeira das mulheres por meio de cursos, mentorias, programas e eventos.

Estamos buscando um(a) Estagiário(a) Jurídico(a) para apoiar as atividades da área Jurídica da RME e desenvolver conhecimentos e competências práticas relacionadas à formação em Direito.

A pessoa terá contato com rotinas jurídicas, contratos, pesquisas, governança, integridade e proteção de dados, sempre com orientação e acompanhamento da supervisão responsável pelo estágio.

Buscamos alguém com interesse em aprender, organização, atenção aos detalhes, boa comunicação escrita e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações e documentos.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Apoiar o acompanhamento e a organização das demandas da área Jurídica.
  • Auxiliar na organização, classificação e arquivamento de contratos, termos, procurações e demais documentos jurídicos.
  • Apoiar controles, planilhas, relatórios, indicadores, prazos e pendências da área.
  • Auxiliar no fluxo de elaboração, revisão, aprovação e assinatura de contratos, termos de parceria e outros instrumentos.
  • Apoiar o preenchimento de minutas e documentos padronizados, conforme modelos e orientações da área.
  • Realizar pesquisas de legislação, regulamentação, jurisprudência e demais temas jurídicos relacionados às demandas da organização.
  • Elaborar resumos, levantamentos e materiais de apoio a partir das pesquisas realizadas.
  • Apoiar atividades relacionadas a governança, integridade, proteção de dados, políticas e procedimentos internos.
  • Apoiar o atendimento às áreas internas, organização das solicitações e coleta de documentos e informações.
  • Participar de reuniões e atividades da área com finalidade de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento.
  • Executar as atividades sob orientação da supervisão, submetendo documentos, pesquisas e materiais jurídicos à revisão antes de sua utilização.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Direito, com matrícula e frequência regulares em instituição de ensino.
  • Não é necessária experiência profissional anterior.
  • Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos relacionados a contratos, parcerias, governança, integridade, proteção de dados e demais temas jurídicos relacionados à atuação da organização.
  • Capacidade para realizar pesquisas e organizar informações jurídicas.
  • Boa comunicação escrita, com capacidade de produzir textos claros e objetivos.
  • Organização e atenção no tratamento de documentos e informações.
  • Conhecimentos em Pacote Office ou Google Workspace.
  • Raciocínio analítico e interesse em aprender.
  • Responsabilidade e sigilo no tratamento de informações e documentos.
