  • Objetivo do trabalho: O Técnico de Planejamento II é responsável por planejar e coordenar as atividades relacionadas à montagem e manutenção eletromecânica, assegurando a entrega das etapas do projeto dentro dos prazos e especificações definidas. Este profissional atua em colaboração com diversas áreas da empresa, buscando sempre a eficiência dos processos e a excelência no desempenho dos projetos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Executa atividades de planejamento, controle e medições das atividades de montagem.
  • Levantamento de campo dos avanços físicos para medições.
  • Participa de reuniões de planejamento e avanços.
  • Obedece e cumpre normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa e do cliente.
  • Utiliza os EPI´s necessários de acordo com os riscos mapeados para sua função.

Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento aprofundado em técnicas de planejamento e controle, com conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos.
  • Habilidades analíticas para avaliação de desempenho e análise de dados, com foco em resultados.
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto interna quanto externa, promovendo um bom relacionamento com a equipe e stakeholders.
  • Competência para tomar decisões estratégicas e resolver problemas complexos, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Qualificações educacionais: Graduação em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins, preferencialmente com foco em gestão de projetos.
  • Experiências profissionais: Mínimo de 6 meses de experiência em planejamento e controle em projetos de montagem eletromecânica ou setores similares, com vivência em ambientes de alta pressão e dinâmica de equipe.

Conhecimentos e Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de gestão de projetos como MS Project e/ou Primavera; familiaridade com normas de segurança e qualidade aplicáveis ao setor; habilidade em negociação e resolução de conflitos.
