Redgate Software

Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability, and collaboration.

We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organisations depend on — creating ingeniously simple software that tackles complex database management challenges across the DevOps lifecycle. This is a space that’s only becoming more critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates.

Why join our sales team?

• Play a visible, high-impact role in driving new business for the EMEA Enterprise team, with your work directly shaping the growth of the sales pipeline.

• Be part of a structured ‘academy’ pathway with a clear route into an Account Executive or other senior role.

• Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives and Field Marketing on strategic prospecting and account-based campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality sales opportunities within target accounts for the EMEA Enterprise Account Executive team through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

- Qualify opportunities with both existing and new accounts, managing ‘pool’ accounts and taking ownership of prospecting activity.

- Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers to identify pains, objectives, and organisational impacts.

- Research and map prospective accounts’ organisational structure, key contacts, and existing technology, keeping Salesforce records accurate and up to date.

- Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic account planning and with the Field Marketing team on messaging, customer needs, and ABM leads.

- Meet daily KPIs for call and email volume, and achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.

What makes you a great fit

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.

• A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn and articulate technical information.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy for multiple personas.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience beneficial).

• Achievement-driven and motivated by performance rewards, with a desire to progress into an Account Executive or similar role.

What happens next?

• Your application will be reviewed by a person – we don’t use AI or automated tools to assess applications. Every profile is read by one of our Talent Partners.

• You’ll hear back within a few days – whether it’s a next step or a no, we aim to respond promptly so you’re not left wondering.

• Our interview process is straightforward and consistent – you’ll find more detail on our typical hiring process below, so you know what’s coming and why.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
