🚀 Empresa líder nacional abre la cancha para crear desde cero su propio equipo en IA y Datos (AI Factory).

Buscamos al talento que va a centralizar el desarrollo tecnológico para transformar de punta a punta todas las áreas de la compañía. El objetivo es armar el equipo desde sus bases: desde el liderazgo que consolide la estrategia de innovación, hasta los ingenieros y científicos de datos que desarrollen los modelos de la compañía.

Los desafíos que venimos a resolver en equipo:

🗺️ Diseñar la hoja de ruta de IA y datos de la compañía, alineada directamente a los objetivos del negocio.

🌐 Construir un ecosistema transversal de soluciones distribuidas para las áreas comercial, industrial, logística y de RRHH.

🤖 Desarrollar y validar modelos predictivos y de Machine Learning avanzados aplicados a la realidad de la empresa.

📊 Crear interfaces simples que traduzcan la complejidad de los datos en herramientas usables para equipos no técnicos.

Requisitos

🧠 Liderazgo Estratégico (Líder de Innovación y Data Science): Con más de 4 años en el mundo de los datos, 2 liderando proyectos de transformación digital y la capacidad de guiar equipos multidisciplinarios.

🎓 Sólida Base Técnica: Profesionales o estudiantes avanzados de Carreras Informáticas, Computación, Estadística, Matemáticas o afines.

🛠️ Tech Stack del equipo: Databricks, Spark o similares. Dominio de Python/R, frameworks de ML/DL, plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) y pipelines de datos (ETL).
