Resumen del puesto:

Redial BPO está buscando un asistente de mantenimiento proactivo y con mucha iniciativa para supervisar el mantenimiento, la seguridad y la eficiencia de nuestro entorno de trabajo. Este puesto es ideal para alguien que no solo tenga experiencia sólida en mantenimiento de instalaciones, sino que también sea hábil en manejar tareas menores y pueda ayudar con el transporte de los clientes de Redial a los lugares necesarios, tanto en México como en EE. UU. El asistente de instalaciones se asegurará de que la oficina funcione sin problemas, cumpla con las normas de salud y seguridad, y proporcione un espacio cómodo y seguro para los empleados.

Horario de trabajo:

· Turno de 9 horas.

· 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. PST, de martes a sábado (flexibilidad de horario los fines de semana).

Responsabilidades clave:

· Supervisar el mantenimiento diario y el cuidado general de las instalaciones, incluyendo oficinas, áreas comunes y equipos.

· Realizar reparaciones menores (eléctricas, de plomería, carpintería y mantenimiento general) para reducir tiempos de inactividad y costos externos.

· Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad, realizando inspecciones y auditorías regulares.

· Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores para proyectos de mantenimiento mayores, servicios de limpieza, seguridad y otros servicios tercerizados.

· Mantener un inventario de suministros de mantenimiento y asegurar la adquisición oportuna cuando sea necesario.

· Responder rápidamente a emergencias relacionadas con las instalaciones para minimizar interrupciones operativas.

· Trabajar de cerca con los equipos de Recursos Humanos y Operaciones para garantizar la eficiencia del espacio de trabajo y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.

· Proporcionar recomendaciones para mejorar las instalaciones y soluciones rentables.

· Transportar a los clientes de Redials a los lugares necesarios en México y Estados Unidos.

Calificaciones y Requisitos:

Habilidades técnicas:

· Carrera técnica o nivel educativo relacionado (Requerido).

· Experiencia comprobada en mantenimiento de instalaciones, o en un rol similar (preferiblemente 1-2 años).

· Sólido conocimiento de normativas de salud y seguridad ocupacional y mejores prácticas (preferido).

· Capacidad práctica para realizar reparaciones básicas (eléctricas, plomería, aire acondicionado, carpintería, etc.).

· Conocimiento de sistemas de construcción, seguridad contra incendios y protocolos de seguridad es un plus (preferido).

· Experiencia gestionando proveedores y negociando contratos (preferido).

· Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para manejar cuestiones relacionadas con las instalaciones de manera eficiente.

· Capacidad para administrar múltiples tareas y priorizar la carga de trabajo de manera efectiva.

· Excelentes habilidades de conducción.

Idioma:

· Español (requerido).

· Inglés B2 (preferible).

Habilidades blandas

· Habilidades de gestión.

· Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y organización.

· Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y abordar proactivamente los problemas relacionados con las instalaciones.

Documentación adicional:

· Licencia de conducir válida (requerida).

· Visa de EE. UU. (preferible).
