- Maintain office and kitchen supplies, and coordinate refreshments for the office and meetings

- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and the general office budget

- Manage relationships with facilities service providers and landlords

- Handle seating plans, furniture, and equipment procurement; manage logistics for meetings and conference rooms

- Own vendor relationships and process optimization, including vendor transitions and negotiations

What you'll need

- 3+ years managing employee engagement activities at a global high-tech company

- Experience leading and organizing an office or workplace

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
