RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Realizar atendimento a chamados de média complexidade, conduzindo a análise, resolução e feedback ao cliente.
  • Atuar na administração, sustentação e melhoria dos ambientes de infraestrutura, garantindo disponibilidade, estabilidade e performance dos serviços.
  • Realizar implementações, configurações e manutenções em servidores, sistemas operacionais e serviços de infraestrutura.
  • Atuar em projetos de infraestrutura, executando atividades de implementação, migração e melhorias de ambientes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria dos processos operacionais.
  • Apoiar analistas de menor senioridade na resolução de problemas técnicos.
  • Registrar atividades em sistema de service desk e de gestão de projetos.
  • Criação de artigos técnicos em base de conhecimento.

PRÉ-REQUISITOS:

  • Experiência comprovada na administração de ambientes Linux (resolução de problemas, implementação e configuração de serviços).
  • Conhecimento em administração de ambientes Windows Server.
  • Experiência na criação e manipulação de scripts em Shell Script.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação, como Ansible.
  • Conhecimento em gerenciamento de volumes e armazenamento, incluindo LVM, LUN, Multipath e iSCSI.
  • Conhecimento em virtualização e ferramentas de virtualização (VMware/OLVM).
  • Conhecimento em redes TCP/IP, Firewalls e troubleshooting de conectividade.
  • Conhecimento na administração de serviços como Apache, DNS, DHCP e Zimbra.
  • Experiência em diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes de infraestrutura.
  • Inglês técnico

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Certificações LPIC-1 ou em preparação para a certificação.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de infraestrutura como código (IaC), como Terraform.
  • Conhecimento em tecnologias de armazenamento Fibre Channel e SAS.
  • Conhecimento em ambientes de Cloud Computing (AWS/OCI).
  • Conhecimento em containers e Docker.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento, como Zabbix e Grafana.
  • Conhecimento em soluções de backup e recuperação de ambientes.
