The posting

Redlen’s Product Performance team is dedicated to ensuring our detector modules meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and application suitability. The team plays a critical role in connecting detector design and manufacturing to real-world imaging outcomes by driving initiatives in verification, validation & test (VV&T), device physics, reliability, image quality optimization, and data-driven performance analysis. Leveraging advanced data science techniques, robust testing protocols, and cross-functional collaboration, Product Performance ensures that every detector we deliver supports world-class photon-counting CT imaging and exceeds customer expectations. The Verification Manager is accountable for the execution, coordination, and delivery of all verification (VER) activities across Redlen’s active programs. This role holds decision authority over verification prioritization, sequencing, resourcing, and execution outcomes, ensuring work is delivered in a coordinated, predictable, and scalable manner across cross-functional teams. Operating within strategy defined by senior leadership, the Verification Manager translates that direction into integrated execution across programs, teams, and stakeholders. The function plays a key role in new product introduction by verifying that design specifications are met through defined test plans, performance measurement, and structured verification evidence. The team ensures clear linkage between requirements, verification activities, and outcomes; supports factory acceptance testing (FAT) and alignment with production test; and owns cross-functional interfaces between design, test, and manufacturing to ensure clear scope, execution, and handoff. It also analyzes verification gaps and test escapes to improve coverage, execution discipline, and product performance over time.   Responsibilities Verification Program Execution

Own and maintain up-to-date customer requirements across the product line, ensuring clear traceability, cross-functional alignment, and verification readiness. Own end-to-end execution of verification activities across multiple concurrent internal and external programs Translate priorities into integrated verification plans, schedules, and deliverables Ensure work is clearly scoped, sequenced, and delivered on defined timelines Identify and resolve execution risks, bottlenecks, and cross-program conflicts

Cross-Functional Coordination

Own coordination of verification work across Product Performance, Program Management, Design Engineering, Manufacturing/Test, and customer-facing teams Define and enforce ownership boundaries, interfaces, and working expectations Drive clarity in responsibilities, communication pathways, and escalation

Team Leadership

Manage verification engineers and team leads, setting priorities and assigning work Hold team accountable for delivery, quality, and ownership Develop capability in execution discipline, collaboration, and program ownership

Capacity and Planning

Own VER capacity planning across programs Allocate resources based on business priority and execution risk Identify capacity gaps and recommend actionable solutions Ensure workload is sustainable and aligned to delivery needs

Execution Discipline

Establish and enforce consistent operating practices, including planning, tracking, and issue management Ensure all work has clear ownership, defined deliverables, and traceable status Reduce reliance on informal coordination through structured execution

Reporting and Accountability

Provide clear reporting on status, risks, mitigation plans, and resource tradeoffs Ensure reporting enables decision-making, not just visibility

Other

  Qualifications Experience

7–10+ years experience in verification, validation, or test engineering in complex hardware/software environments 5+ years experience managing teams and delivering across multiple concurrent programs Demonstrated experience in cross-functional environments with competing priorities Experience within semiconductor, imaging, instrumentation, or similar complex product environments preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
