Redline Powersports is an authorized dealer for top brands across motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft. We are looking for driven, energetic individuals who want more than just a job. This is a performance-based role with real income potential and clear opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, competitive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers in-store and on the lot
  • Identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process
  • Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions
  • Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with leads, showroom traffic, and existing customers
  • Handle incoming calls and internet inquiries
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and daily activity
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
  • Valid driver’s license required
