Funciones:

  • Revisar que la ficha de requerimiento de personal cumpla con los lineamientos del proceso de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Revisar el perfil de puesto con el cliente interno.
  • Publicar las vacantes asignadas en las diferentes bolsas laborales.
  • Realizar reclutamiento de campo y entrevistas masivas cuando se requiera.
  • Gestionar la búsqueda de candidatos de tal forma que se cuente con un backup amplio y suficiente para dar respuesta a los procesos de selección y a los procesos masivos que se requieran.
  • Realizar los filtros telefónicos, internos y curriculares de los candidatos.
  • Programar y ejecutar entrevistas por competencias a fin de validar el perfil profesional de cada postulante.
  • Programar entrevistas con el cliente interno y brindar asesoría respecto al desarrollo de las entrevistas.
  • Realizar el informe de referencias laborales al candidato seleccionado.
  • Coordinar y programar el examen médico pre-ocupacional.
  • Elaborar el Informe Psicolaboral del candidato seleccionado.
  • Solicitar y recopilar los documentación para armado de file personal.
  • Coordinar con el área solicitante la fecha de ingreso del candidato seleccionado.
  • Realizar y enviar el layout al equipo de Administración de Personas.
  • Programar y facilitar la inducción corporativa al personal ingresante y mantener los registros de inducción actualizados.
  • Gestionar los movimientos internos de personal.
  • Gestionar y participar de ferias laborales y charlas de empleabilidad a fin de promover la marca empleadora.
  • Mantener actualizado el cuadro de procesos
  • Enviar estatus del proceso al cliente interno.
  • Elaborar y mantener actualizado los indicadores de gestión del área.
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe directo.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Psicología (indispensable).
  • 6 meses de experiencia en puestos similares o como practicante.
  • Experiencia en procesos masivos (indispensable).
  • Manejo de excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial en Huacho.
