The posting

We're hiring a Commercial Lead to help take Redpine global. You'll source, negotiate and close deals with AI companies and data owners, and be a key driver of growth as we scale across Europe, the US and Asia. You'll work closely with our CEO and commercial team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and initiate partnerships with leading AI companies and scaleups

- Navigate complex legal, technical and commercial landscapes with a solution mindset

- Drive commercial expansion across Europe, the US and Asia

- Build trust with data owners and AI buyers through value-based selling

- Turn AI and data licensing trends into commercial opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3-15 years experience in business development, go-to-market, consulting, VC or comparable field.

- Trusted team player with strong interpersonal skills: ability to engage, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders in multicultural environments

- Agile fast learner: Grasp technical and commercial concepts quickly, genuine interest in AI, thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive leadership: Take and drive initiatives, able to work independently

- Highly ambitious: Hardworking with bias for action
