Design and oversee implementation of AI-enhanced automations, including: o Copilot agents and copiloted workflows. o Intelligent document processing and OCR. o AI-assisted decision logic and exception handling. o Natural language interaction layers for business users. o Integrate Microsoft Copilot capabilities with existing RPA platforms (UiPath) and enterprise systems. o Ensure AI automations are secure, compliant, explainable, and auditable, in alignment with internal policies. o Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements using emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development:

o Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations and orchestrations at an enterprise scale. o Create reusable components, frameworks, and shared libraries to improve development efficiency and consistency. o Monitor automation performance, reliability, and throughput, resolving issues and optimizing workflows. o Lead testing, validation, and deployment strategies for production automations. o Coordinate upgrades, version changes, and platform enhancements across RPA and AI tooling; advise of system improvements.

Operations, Monitoring & Support:

o Provide advanced technical support for automation and AI workflows, including production issue resolution and root cause analysis. o Maintain automation service logs, metrics, and performance dashboards. o Ensure workflows execute accurately, securely, and on schedule (daily, weekly, month-end, and critical business cycles). o Review and manage access controls, user security, and encryption standards for automation platforms. o Interact with third-party vendors and consultants supporting AI, RPA, and workflow systems.

Governance, Quality & Best Practices:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
