  • Support the achievement of store sales goals and key performance indicators, including conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value.
  • Coach associates on product knowledge, footwear fitting, suggestive selling, and add-on sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, engaging, and solution-oriented shopping experience.
  • Monitor business performance during shifts and adjust selling strategies to maximize opportunities.

2. Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, urgency, and a strong work ethic.
  • Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to sales associates.
  • Communicate daily sales goals, business priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
  • Support the Store Manager in motivating, developing, and recognizing team members.
  • Help maintain a positive team culture focused on teamwork, ownership, and achieving results.

3. Store Operations and Execution

  • Support the completion of daily, weekly, and nightly operational tasks within established deadlines.
  • Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap remain organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain merchandising, replenishment, and product presentation standards.
  • Assist with shipment processing, inventory management, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed consistently.

4. Loss Prevention and Asset Protection

  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and inventory control.
  • Maintain awareness of sales floor activity and potential theft or operational risks.
  • Ensure proper cash-handling, register, and closing procedures are followed.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and policy violations to store leadership.

5. Shift Management and Communication

  • Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Help coordinate team responsibilities and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Communicate sales results, operational concerns, and shift updates to store leadership.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Escalate customer concerns and operational issues when additional leadership support is needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
  • Results-oriented mindset with an understanding of retail sales metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet the physical requirements of the position.

Performance Expectations

The Part-Time Supervisor is expected to:

  • Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Support improvements in conversion, UPT, and average transaction value.
  • Demonstrate consistent leadership and effective selling behaviors.
  • Ensure assigned operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain company standards for customer service, merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Promote accountability, teamwork, and a culture of winning.
  • Provide a consistent and positive customer experience that reflects the Reebok brand.

Leadership Standard

The Part-Time Supervisor is more than a keyholder or task leader. This position is expected to take ownership of the business during assigned shifts, influence team performance, and create an environment where associates understand expectations, execute consistently, and work together to achieve results.

Success in this role is measured by sales contribution, team development, operational execution, customer satisfaction, and the ability to lead with accountability and urgency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
