Für unsere etablierte Anwaltskanzlei mit Sitz in Küsnacht suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige, diskrete und engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung sowie unseres Anwaltsteams. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie administrative, organisatorische und koordinative Aufgaben und tragen wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen Kanzleibetrieb bei. Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung sowie die Anwälte in sämtlichen administrativen Belangen, koordinieren Termine und Sitzungen, übernehmen organisatorische Aufgaben und wirken aktiv im Tagesgeschäft der Kanzlei mit. Zudem führen und verwalten Sie Klientendossiers, erledigen selbständig die Korrespondenz mit Klientinnen und Klienten, Behörden, Gerichten sowie externen Stellen und unterstützen bei der Rechnungsstellung sowie bei der Überwachung von Debitoren und Kreditoren. Auch die Organisation interner Anlässe sowie allgemeine Aufgaben der Kanzlei\\- und Office\\-Administration gehören zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich. Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung zur/zum Paralegal, die Matura (gegebenenfalls ein Studium) abgeschlossen und verfügen über entsprechende Qualifikationen. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS\\-Office\\-Anwendungen sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Diskretion, Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich, ebenso wie ein freundliches, dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit.
