This will include working collaboratively with a number of teams across the business including the regional or functional leadership team, People (HR), marketing as well as the regional heads of technology, sales, finance, legal, social impact, risk and compliance amongst others.
  • Ensure that internal comms is the glue that brings Thoughtworkers together, lifts morale and celebrates our culture and values.

  • Co-manage organization-wide communications activity, working closely with office managers, chiefs of staff, leadership teams and other Thoughtworkers supporting comms, change and knowledge management.
  • Further strengthen and develop relationships and the trust needed to be viewed as a thought partner to stakeholders. This is particularly critical when determining how best to communicate challenging topics to Thoughtworkers in the region.
  • Work collaboratively with the employer brand marketing team to shape the employee engagement strategy, through various channels, to drive employee retention.
  • Work closely with marketing functions to deliver integrated campaigns for internal audiences. Support major customer marketing, employer brand marketing and brand campaigns such as service lines, domains and talent programs that help deliver the company's business goals.
  • Participate in meetings and voice concerns as well as suggestions for improvement. Also when ideas have been accepted and agreed then deliver and execute ideas in a timely fashion.

Message development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
