We are expanding our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and are looking for experienced Registered Nurses who share our passion for wellness and excellence in patient care.

Role Impact Joining Refined Vida as an IV Therapy Specialist means you have a direct impact on improving the quality of our clients' lives. You will: Provide critical wellness services through IV therapy in the comfort and privacy of our clients’ homes. Play a key role in our mission to deliver personalized care, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction. Contribute to a culture of care excellence and continuous improvement in patient health and wellness.

Job Responsibilities Oversee the clinical operations of our mobile IV therapy services, including patient assessment, IV administration, and post-care follow-up. Ensure high standards of patient care and safety, adhering to all regulatory and company protocols. Train and mentor junior nursing staff to uphold the best practices in IV therapy. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure all necessary equipment and medications are stocked and maintained. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and clients to support business growth. Implement policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER/ICU settings. Mastery in IV therapy, evidenced by certification and continuous education. Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, to serve a diverse client base. Proficient with healthcare IT systems, including EMRs, for accurate patient documentation and compliance. Commitment to impeccable sanitation standards and in-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Own vehicle for travel to client homes, with a willingness to work flexible hours. CPR/BLS/ACLS Certification required.
