The posting

Töss ist eine Kirchgemeinde im Süden Winterthurs mit ca. 1860 Mitgliedern. Wir betreiben neben unserer kirchlichen Jugendarbeit offene, religionsneutrale Jugendarbeit (OJA) im Leistungsauftrag der Stadt Winterthur und gehören dem Dachverband «ju win» an.

Wir suchen per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung einen/eine

Mitarbeiter:in offene Jugendarbeit/Mädchenarbeit ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen im Team mit anderen Mitarbeitern/Innen den Leiter Jugendarbeit beim
  • Betrieb des offenen Jugendtreffs und der Betreuung der Jugendlichen (Mittwochnachmittag, Freitagnachmittag / Abend)
  • Sie bieten den Jugendlichen Unterstützung, niederschwellige Beratung und vermitteln bei Bedarf geeignete Hilfsangebote
  • Sie sind hauptverantwortlich für das Angebot des Mädchentreffs (Freitagnachmittag) /
  • der Mädchenarbeit des offenen Jugendtreffs
  • Sie beteiligen sich in geeignetem Masse an gesamtstädtischen Projekten von «ju win»

Wir erwarten

  • eine abgeschlossene, anerkannte Ausbildung (FH) im pädagogischen, sozialarbeiterischen, soziokulturellen oder sozialdiakonischen Bereich, bevorzugt mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit diverser kultureller und religiöser Herkunft und Respekt für ihren Hintergrund
  • Initiative und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit eigenen Ideen
  • Positive Grundhaltung gegenüber der Institution Reformierte Landeskirche
  • Interesse an Vernetzungsarbeit und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- oder Abendeinsätzen
  • Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten und administrative Effizienz
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
