Como será seu dia a dia:

Supervisionar as atividades administrativas de obras, conferindo e analisando as documentações e os diversos processos administrativos; Supervisionar e orientar as equipes sobre as atividades de rotina através de reuniões diárias; Supervisionar as atividades de mobilização acompanhando os processos de contratação; Garantir o controle de apuração do ponto, realizado pelos Administrativos de Obras; Supervisionar as planilhas de movimentações de colaboradores de acordo com as mobilizações e desmobilizações para o departamento pessoal; Supervisionar a contratação dos prestadores de serviços das obras; Supervisionar a realização do controle e do fechamento do caixa da obra; Supervisionar as atividades do Equipe de Almoxarifes da obra, garantindo um correto fornecimento dos materiais disponíveis; Atuar de forma integrada com os Gestores de Obras, na coordenação dos processos administrativos, assumindo responsabilidades compartilhadas; Acompanhar e participar das Reuniões Gerenciais na obra; Acompanhar e participar das Reuniões Diárias (RDS) e mensais de Segurança (CIPA); Realizar treinamento de integração (PIC) dos novos colaboradores de forma presencial. O que esperamos de você:

Ensino superior completo; Vivência anterior com gestão de pessoas; Disponibilidade geográfica para atuar em obras de grande porte; Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos conforme necessidade do projeto; Rotina de Administração de Pessoal; Noções das áreas Fiscal e Contábil; Noções administrativas em compras e contratos. Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Especialização em Gestão de Pessoas; Atuado anteriormente nos segmentos: indústria, mineração ou refratários; Noções básicas de Segurança do Trabalho.

  • Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos conforme necessidade do projeto;
  • Vivência anterior na função;
  • Vivência anterior com gestão de pessoas.
