Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Home Care Aides, ensuring adherence to care protocols.
  • Manage medication administration and monitor client responses.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Michigan LPN or RN license.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Clear background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
