  • Oversee the cGMP software administration program and automated system periodic evaluation program; ensure SOPs and Software Lifecycle Documentation remain aligned with current regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Oversee investigation support for manufacturing deviations, lab testing anomalies, and issues related to automation, software, and hardware
  • Lead projects related to corrective action and equipment performance improvement; ensure timely completion of all departmental projects, work orders, and quality management items
  • Maintain budget forecast and compliance for the direct team; provide headcount forecasts for department growth to senior management
  • Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with approved suppliers; oversee equipment procurement, commissioning, and equipment and software qualification activities

This role requires:

  • BS/BA in Science, Engineering, or Software Programming, or equivalent years of direct experience with automated control systems or equipment in lieu of degree
  • MBA, MS or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience with automated equipment in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry or related regulated industry, including at least 5 year of direct experience in the design, installation, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting of automated control systems
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing automation teams in a cGMP regulated environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
