Vil du være med til at drive det nationale innovationsprogram BETA.HEALTH og understøtte kliniknær sundhedsinnovation? Har du stor erfaring med at drive innovationsprojekter i sundhedssektoren? Har du dyb indsigt i innovationsmetoder? Og har du den faglige tyngde til at indgå i et nationalt innovationsprogram?

Som BETA.Partner (deltid) ved Aarhus Universitetshospitals BETA.Hub, får du en central rolle i at omsætte kliniske behov til konkrete handlinger i det nationale sundhedsinnovationsprogram BETA.HEALTH. Din rolle bliver at være partner for BETA.HEALTH innovationsprojekter og sikre, at de involverede klinikere støttes i at finde løsninger på deres udfordringer, herunder viden om regulatoriske forhold, patentering, kliniske behov m.m. Det kræver, at du kan balancere mellem flere samtidige projekter på tværs af landet, og udnytte din dybe indsigt i innovationsmetoder til at holde fremdrift.

Din profil

Vi søger en erfaren innovationskonsulent med dyb indsigt i sundhedsinnovation og med stor forståelse for sundhedsvæsenets rammevilkår. Du skal trives i en rolle med stor selvstændighed, men kunne indgå i et team. Du er vant til at have en stor kontaktflade med mange interessenter og solide evner til koordination og kommunikation.

Vi forventer, at du har

  • dyb indsigt i innovationsmetoder i sundhedsvæsenet
  • længerevarende konkret erfaring med sundhedsinnovation
  • stærke kompetencer indenfor koordinering, kommunikation og tværfagligt samarbejde
  • stor erfaring i samarbejde med innovationsmiljøer på tværs af sundhedsvæsenet
  • solid erfaring med at veksle mellem selvstændig opgaveløsning og tæt teamsamarbejde.

Den er en fordel hvis du har kendskab til eller konkret erfaring med at arbejde med BETA.HEALTH projekter.

Din opgaveportefølje er centreret omkring rollen som BETA Partner

  • due diligence proces ifm. udvælgelse af cases til bevilling
  • gennemførelse af konkrete innovationsprojekter
  • indgå i nationale samarbejdsopgaver.

Stillingen er placeret i AUH BETA.Hub, som er en del af Kvalitet og Innovation i Hospitalsstaben. Vi har kontorpladser på Hedeager 1, 8200 Aarhus N.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold i henhold til gældende overenskomst.

Stillingen er begrænset til 15 timer/ugentligt. Forventet opstart d. 1. december 2026 eller efter aftale.

Stillingen er som udgangspunkt en fuldtidsstilling.

Da Region Midtjylland løbende gennemfører besparelser og omorganiseringer, vil medarbejdere i omplacering, der søger stillingen, have fortrinsret til samtale.
