The posting

Vi søger en kompetent og servicemindet kollega til sekretariatet i psykiatrisk Klinik 1 til en fast stilling.

Det er et krav, at du er uddannet lægesekretær eller sundhedsadministrativ koordinator.

Bliv en del af en engageret klinik: I Klinik 1 bliver du en del af et stærkt tværfagligt team. Ud over lægesekretærer består klinikken af recovery-mentorer, læger, psykologer, sygeplejersker, fysioterapeuter og socialrådgivere.

Klinikken varetager udredning og behandling af patienter med psykosesygdomme, oligofreni, demens og andre organiske tilstande samt udredning af alle øvrige diagnosegrupper.

Vi søger: En kollega, som trives i et job med højt tempo og nye udfordringer i tæt samarbejde med øvrige medarbejdere i klinikken. En kollega, som bidrager aktivt til et godt arbejdsmiljø, og som har kendskab til og interesse for psykiatrien som speciale.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du:

  • har grundigt kendskab til Midt-EPJ
  • har gode samarbejdsevner
  • er servicemindet
  • har lyst til at undervise fx. i EPJ, for såvel fagkolleger som for den øvrige personalegruppe
  • udviser stabilitet, effektivitet og fleksibilitet i opgaveløsningen
  • bidrager til et godt arbejdsmiljø
  • trives med at indgå i et rul, ift. Løsning af administrative opgaver og telefonpasning med kontakt til patienter, pårørende og samarbejdspartnere.

Vi kan bl.a. tilbyde:

Arbejdstid og opstart Stillingen er som udgangspunkt på fuld tid med opstart den 1. februar 2027 eller efter aftale.
