Du indgår i teamet af kontaktpersoner i døgndækkende vagter sammen med sygeplejersker, social- og sundhedsassistenter, ergoterapeuter og fysioterapeuter.

Hvad forventer vi af dig?

  • at du er social- og sundhedsassistent med lyst til at arbejde med psykisk syge patienter, og meget gerne med erfaring fra psykiatrien
  • at du kan bevare overblikket! Vi arbejder med en alsidig patientgruppe, så det er vigtigt, at du er ansvarsfuld, rummelig og kan bevare overblikket i akutte situationer
  • at du trives i et miljø, hvor to dage sjældent er ens, og du ikke ved, hvad du møder ind til
  • at du bidrager til det gode arbejdsmiljø og det sociale sammenhold i afsnittet og i afdelingen
  • at du kommer med ambitioner om at bidrage ind i afsnittet
  • at du kan præge afsnittet med idéer og inputs, så vi kan skabe den bedst mulige psykiatri – både for medarbejdere og patienter

Ansættelsesvilkår og løn Stillingen er fast på 37 timer i blandede vagter. Der er mulighed for enten at arbejde hver 2. weekend med 8-timers vagter eller hver 3. weekend med 12-timers vagter lørdag og søndag. Opstart 1. december 2026 eller efter aftale.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold fastsættes ift. gældende overenskomst og efter principperne for lokal løndannelse. Vi indhenter straffeattest i forbindelse med ansættelse.

Om Regionshospitalet Horsens, Psykiatri I Psykiatri i Horsens udreder og behandler vi patienter med alle former for psykiatriske lidelser. Vi er specialeopdelt i 3 klinikker, mens vores 3 sengeafsnit har en bred vifte af alle patientkategorier.

Afdelingen er beliggende på Regionshospitalet Horsens og med satellitter i Skanderborg og Odder. RPH varetager den regionale voksenpsykiatriske behandling af borgere i kommunerne Horsens, Skanderborg, Hedensted og Odder.
