Regionssekretariatet søger en selvstændig og serviceminded receptionist til Regionshuset Aarhus. Regionshuset i Aarhus er beliggende på Olof Palmes Allé 15. Der er tale om en stilling på 35,25 timer pr. uge.

Dit nye job Stillingen er organisatorisk placeret i Intern Service. Du vil indgå i et team med en anden receptionist i Regionshuset Aarhus og to receptionister i Regionshuset Viborg. Der er tale om en alsidig stilling, hvor du vil få en bred kontaktflade i hele Regionshuset Aarhus.

Blandt de opgaver, du kommer til at varetage, kan bl.a. nævnes:

  • daglig telefonbetjening af Regionens hovednummer i samarbejde med receptionen i Viborg
  • mødebooking
  • posthåndtering
  • skrive referater
  • varebestilling og varemodtagelse
  • håndtering af fælles digitale hovedpostkasser i samarbejde med receptionen i Viborg

Din baggrund Vi forventer, at du:

  • har en relevant baggrund som kontorassistent, receptionist eller lignende
  • er selvstændig og initiativrig
  • er fleksibel og serviceminded
  • er god til at samarbejde og er omgængelig
  • har flair for it på brugerniveau

Hvem er vi Regionssekretariatet varetager sekretariatsbetjening af regionsrådet og direktionen og har ligeledes ansvaret for den interne drift af regionshusene. Regionssekretariatet har herudover en koordinerende rolle i forhold til den samlede administration i Region Midtjylland og varetager i den forbindelse en række tværgående projekter og opgaver i relation til at understøtte Region Midtjylland som en sammenhængende koncern.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår: Stillingen er på 35,25 timer pr. uge. Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til gældende overenskomst. Arbejdsstedet er Regionshuset Aarhus, Olof Palmes Allé 15, 8200 Aarhus N.
