Nu söker vi en medicinsk sekreterare till ett engagerat team på radiologiska mottagningen Mälarsjukhuset i Eskilstuna

Om oss Den administrativa enheten består av nio medicinska sekreterare, en administrativ assistent och en enhetschef. Vi arbetar teambaserat och har ett nära samarbete med klinikens övriga yrkeskategorier. Radiologiska kliniken Mälarsjukhuset Eskilstuna (MSE) och Kullbergska sjukhuset Katrineholm (KSK) bedriver verksamhet på både Mälarsjukhuset i Eskilstuna och Kullbergska sjukhuset i Katrineholm. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Medicinsk dokumentation i SECTRA RIS/PACS
  • Skanning
  • Remisshantering
  • 1177
  • Kontroll av cyt-histopatologiremisser inför punktioner och biopsier
  • Beställning av operationsjournaler från andra sjukhus
  • Länkningar och beställning av bilder samt utlåtande från andra sjukhus är några av
  • Receptionsarbete och telefonkontakt.

Det här är en del de av arbetsuppgifter som en medicinsk sekreterare inom radiologin har. Huvuddelen av arbetet sker i bildhanteringssystemet SECTRA, RIS/PACS. Det betyder att vi inte har journaler eller skriver diktat. Det kan förekomma att du vid behov behöver gå in i journalsystemet Cosmic för att hantera vissa arbetsuppgifter.

Din kompetens Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad utbildning som medicinsk sekreterare/vårdadministratör. Vi ser att du har goda kunskaper i medicinsk terminologi och svenska språket. Erfarenhet av bildhanteringssystemet SECTRA RIS/PACS är meriterande. Vi söker dig som har hög personlig mognad och god samarbetsförmåga. Du är serviceinriktad, noggrann och bidrar aktivt till ett gott arbetsklimat. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper.

Anställningsform Tillsvidareanställning med tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
