The posting

Region Västerbotten arbetar för att god hälsa och hållbar utveckling ska stärka varandra. Vi tar ansvar för en jämlik välfärd och för att forskning och innovation ger resultat.

Neuro-huvud-halscentrum (NHHC) vid Norrlands universitetssjukhus i Umeå består av cirka 650 medarbetare. Här bedrivs högspecialiserad vård inom neurologi, stroke, neurokirurgi, öron-, näs- och halssjukvård samt käkkirurgi. Neurocentrum ansvarar för vård av patienter från hela norra sjukvårdsregionen och bedriver forskning, utbildning och utveckling.

Strokecenters uppdrag är att vårda, behandla och rehabilitera patienter med stroke och TIA. Vi arbetar i en obruten vårdkedja; akut – subakut - rehabilitering - strokehemrehab – sjuksköterskemottagning, trafikmedicin och rehabmottagning. Vårt arbete styrs utifrån Socialstyrelsen Nationella riktlinjer och personcentrerat vårdförlopp för stroke och TIA. Kvaliteten följs via riksstroke, ett nationellt kvalitetsregister för strokevård.

Strokeavdelningen har 12 vårdplatser fördelat på två vårdlag. Hos oss finns en receptionist, utskrivningskoordinator och ledningssköterska som stöd i ditt arbete.

Du som börjar hos oss erbjuds att gå Strokekompetensutbildning som ger 3hp.

Vi söker nu en ny kollega till vår strokeavdelning som vill vara en del i vårt multiprofessionella team.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som sjuksköterska på strokeavdelningen är du en viktig del av vårt multiprofessionella team. Vi arbetar i team i nära samarbete med undersköterska, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut, kurator, logoped och läkare. Dina arbetsuppgifter är att bedriva patientsäker strokevård i både akut och rehabiliteringsfas. Arbetet är varierande och utvecklande med stort fokus på teamarbete där kommunikation är av stor vikt. Vi söker dig som är ansvarsfull och är trygg i att fatta egna beslut där du på ett effektivt sätt kan prioritera bland arbetsuppgifter. Du är positiv till utveckling och forskning, som till stor del bedrivs på vårt center.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska och vill utvecklas i din yrkesroll. Du är kommunikativ och har lätt för att skapa relationer med patienter, närstående och kollegor. Du ser värdet av att arbeta tillsammans i team, tar egna initiativ och bedriver patientsäker vård.

Som person är du ansvarstagande, strukturerad och organiserad med god förmåga att planera och prioritera ditt arbete. Du är flexibel och kan anpassa dig efter förändrade förutsättningar. Vi ser också att du är driven, lösningsorienterad och snabb på att identifiera behov.
