Vi är en kraft som binder ihop, håller samman och utvecklar länet. Inom Region Västernorrland är vi alla en del av något större. Om verksamheten Centralreceptionen är en viktig servicefunktion för patienter, anhöriga, besökare och medarbetare. Arbetet kräver god kunskap om receptionens rutiner, självständighet och förmåga att hantera flera parallella arbetsuppgifter med hög noggrannhet. Till Centralreceptionen vid Sollefteå sjukhus söker vi nu en receptionist för ett vikariat på heltid under perioden 10 november 2026 till 31 augusti 2027. Arbetsuppgifter I tjänsten ingår bland annat: mottagande och vägledning av patienter och besökare besöksregistrering och patientadministration kassahantering, dagsavslut och redovisning efterregistrering och efterfakturering hantering av patientavgifter, betalningsfrågor och högkostnadsskydd telefon- och informationsservice samverkan med vårdmottagningar och andra verksamheter vid sjukhuset hantering av känsliga personuppgifter enligt gällande regler om sekretess övriga administrativa arbetsuppgifter inom centralreceptionens ansvarsområde

Arbetet utförs självständigt och innebär att du behöver kunna prioritera och fatta beslut inom ramen för fastställda rutiner. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som Har fullständig gymnasieutbildning med inriktning service Har erfarenheter av kassahantering, avstämning och ekonomiska transaktioner Har erfarenhet av besöksregistrering eller annan jämförbar personaladministration Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska språket i tal och skrift Har goda kunskaper i engelska i tal

Det är meriterande om du Har erfarenhet av arbete i centralreception vid sjukhus Har aktuell erfarenhet av receptionsarbete inom hälso- och sjukvård Har kunskaper om RVN´s rutiner för patientavgifter, besöksregistrering och fakturering Har erfarenhet av de administrativa system som används inom Region Västernorrland Har kunskap om högkostnadsskydd, frikort och patientrelaterade betalningsrutiner
