The posting

Schüpfen liegt im Berner Seeland mit idealen Zugverbindungen nach Bern, Lyss und Biel. Der Regionale Sozialdienst Schüpfen berät und unterstützt Personen in den fünf Verbandsgemeinden (rund 14'000 Einwohner:innen) mit persönlichen, finanziellen und familiären Problemen.

Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig, behalten auch in einem lebhaften Arbeitsalltag den Überblick und schätzen den Kontakt mit Menschen? In unserem Administrationsteam unterstützen Sie die Sozialarbeiter:innen bei der Fallführung in der Sozialhilfe sowie im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege der Klient:innendaten im Fallführungssystem KLIBnet
  • Empfangs-, Schalter- und Telefondienst
  • Allgemeine Sekretariats- und Administrationsarbeiten
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Sozialarbeiter:innen, insbesondere Einholen von Unterlagen, Einreichen von Gesuchen sowie Abklärungen mit Behörden, Finanz- instituten und Sozialversicherungen
  • An- und Abmeldungen von Nichterwerbstätigen und Familienzulagen
  • Administrative Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Unterhaltsverträgen
  • Anmeldungen für Betreuungsgutscheine über KiBon

Weitere Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Koordination und laufende Anpassung der Einsatz- planung der Administration
  • Praxisbildung unserer KV-Lernenden; bei entsprechen- der Eignung und Interesse auch Übernahme der Berufsbildung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Verwaltung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und sicheres Auftreten am Empfang und am Telefon
  • Bereitschaft, KV-Lernende in der Praxis auszubilden
  • Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und Diskretion
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine mitdenkende, dienstleistungs- orientierte Haltung
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit KLIBnet von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Gemeinde- oder Sozialwesen von Vorteil
  • Zahlenaffinität und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder im Sozialversicherungswesen
