Als Fachärztin/Facharzt für Allgemeine Innere Medizin mit Schwerpunkt Geriatrie betreust du unsere Bewohnenden in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld – ohne Führungsverantwortung, ohne \- und Wochenenddienste. Du konzentrierst dich auf das, was zählt: Medizin.

Unsere integrierte Hausarztpraxis im Regionalen Pflegezentrum Baden mit bis zu vier Fachärztinnen und Fachärzten bietet medizinische Grundversorgung für ältere Menschen mit komplexem Versorgungsbedarf und ist das medizinische Herzstück für die ärztliche Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden.

Damit unser ärztliches Team sich voll auf die medizinische Arbeit konzentrieren kann, übernimmt eine Praxismanagerin die Organisation und Koordination der Abläufe.

Das Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden gehört zu den grössten Anbietern von Langzeitpflege in der Schweiz. Wir bieten unseren Bewohnenden jeden Alters spezialisierte, professionelle Pflege und Betreuung.

Für den RPB\-Standort in Baden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachkompetente, zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Facharzt für Allgemeine Innere Medizin, mit Schwerpunkt Geriatrie (w/m/d), 50 \- 100 % =======================================================================================

Damit unterstützt du uns:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die medizinische Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld
  • Du führst fachärztliche Abklärungen, Behandlungen und Therapien durch
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Pflege, Therapien und weiteren Bereichen zusammen
  • Du begleitest Angehörige und unterstützt bei medizinischen Entscheidungen
  • Du beteiligst dich aktiv an internen Fallbesprechungen und Qualitätszirkeln
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen ein, um die Weiterentwicklung unserer Heimarztpraxis zu fördern

Damit kannst du uns überzeugen:

  • Du hast einen Facharzttitel in Allgemeiner Innerer Medizin gerne mit Schwerpunkt Geriatrie oder in einer anderen Fachrichtung oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Du hast Erfahrung im geriatrischen oder psychiatrischen Bereich, idealerweise im Langzeitpflege\-Setting
  • Du bist eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Du schätzt interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und eine offene Kommunikation
  • Du möchtest dich auf die ärztliche Arbeit konzentrieren – ohne Führungsverantwortung
