The posting

Hovedkøkkenet på Regionshospital Nordjylland i Hjørring søger en engageret og fagligt dygtig bager. Tiltrædelse hurtigst muligt. Stillingen er på 37 timer pr. uge, oftest fordelt på de fem hverdage. Enkelte weekendvagter kan forekomme i forbindelse med helligdage o.lign. Arbejdstiden er pt mellem 02.00 – 10.00, men med mulighed for ændringer inden for køkkenets åbningstid, som er indtil kl 14.24.

Køkkenet har ansat ca. 45 medarbejdere. Der leveres mad og bages til 4 matrikler i Skagen, Frederikshavn, Hjørring og Brønderslev. Arbejdet som bager vil foregå i bageriet på matriklen i Hjørring.

Som bager i Hovedkøkkenet vil du få et spændende arbejde i en afdeling med en travl hverdag. Du skal indgå i et team med en anden bager og bliver en vigtig del af et tværfagligt samarbejde. Du vil få medansvar for at fastholde og udvikle køkkenets udbud. Din hverdag vil bestå af produktion af brød, rundstykker, sandwichboller, kage, småkager o.lign. Med faglig dygtighed skal du arbejde for at vores kunder møder den bedste kvalitet og oplever vores brød og kager som indbydende og præsentable.
