Voor een gevestigde onderneming met een sterk technisch karakter zoeken we een Maintenance Engineer die graag structuur brengt, vooruitdenkt en verbeteringen realiseert.

In deze functie krijg je de mogelijkheid om het technisch onderhoud naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je neemt een centrale rol op in de organisatie van onderhoudsactiviteiten en denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer kunnen verlopen.

Je komt terecht in een werkomgeving waar zelfstandigheid, samenwerking en een oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit belangrijk zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Je vormt de schakel tussen de dagelijkse technische werking en de verdere professionalisering van het onderhoud. Daarbij combineer je organisatorische verantwoordelijkheden met technisch inzicht.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Technische knelpunten en terugkerende storingen in kaart brengt en gerichte verbeteracties uitwerkt.
  • Onderhoudsactiviteiten organiseert en ervoor zorgt dat de juiste mensen en middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn.
  • Meewerkt aan een toekomstgerichte onderhoudsstrategie waarbij preventie en bedrijfszekerheid centraal staan.
  • De beschikbaarheid van technische materialen en onderdelen opvolgt en het voorraadbeheer verder optimaliseert.
  • Externe technische dienstverleners aanstuurt en afspraken maakt over de uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  • Onderhoudsinformatie en technische documentatie actueel houdt en relevante gegevens gebruikt om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • De voortgang van technische werkzaamheden bewaakt, rekening houdend met kosten, timing en kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Regelmatig overlegt met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om technische uitdagingen efficiënt aan te pakken.

Wie zoeken we?We zoeken iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met organisatietalent. Je hoeft niet op elke vraag onmiddellijk een antwoord te hebben, maar je weet wel hoe je zaken moet aanpakken en tot een oplossing komt.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een technische bacheloropleiding of een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Affiniteit met industriële installaties, technische processen en onderhoud.
  • Een planmatige manier van werken en het vermogen om meerdere opdrachten tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Een kritische blik en de motivatie om bestaande werkwijzen voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Voldoende administratieve nauwkeurigheid om technische informatie correct te verwerken.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding, gecombineerd met een sterke teamspirit.
  • Het vermogen om duidelijk te communiceren met collega's, leveranciers en externe techniekers.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede praktische kennis van het Engels.
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid en de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
