WIR SUCHEN

Für unseren Kunden, ein innovatives Technologieunternehmen in Linz, suchen wir: 1 Sales Manager_in IT & Software Arbeitsort: 4020 Linz

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Entlohnung: ab 65.000,- bis € 80.000,- /Jahr mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs für Software- und KI-Lösungen

* Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen

* Erkennen neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Erschließen neuer Märkte

* Betreuung von Kundenprojekten vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien

* Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Vertriebsziele

* Schrittweiser Aufbau und Führung eines Vertriebsteams

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Vertriebsteams

* Teilnahme an Kundenterminen, Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen

Anforderungen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen, IT-Dienstleistungen oder digitalen Projekten

* Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und im Abschluss größerer Projekte

* Gutes technisches Verständnis für Software, Cloud-Technologien und idealerweise künstliche Intelligenz (KI)

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams von Vorteil

* Unternehmerisches Denken und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten

* Freude am Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbereiche und an der Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen

* Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche und Veranstaltungen

Arbeitszeiten

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell
