WIR SUCHEN

Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Technologieunternehmen in Linz, suchen wir: 1 SAP Projektleiter_in S/4HANA Arbeitsort: 4020 Linz

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Entlohnung: ab € € 70.000,- bis € 90.000,- brutto/Jahr mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Planung und Leitung internationaler SAP S/4HANA Rollouts

* Steuerung der SAP-Einführung an insgesamt 16 Standorten und Gesellschaften

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer zentralen SAP-Rollout-Organisation

* Verantwortung für Projektbudgets, Zeitpläne und Ressourcen

* Koordination internationaler SAP-Projektteams und externer Dienstleister

* Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Fachabteilungen und Management

* Sicherstellung einheitlicher SAP-Prozesse und Standards

* Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Lösung von Herausforderungen im Projektverlauf

Anforderungen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Projektleiter, SAP Rollout Manager oder SAP Program Manager

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA und Erfahrung mit SAP-Implementierungen

* Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer SAP-Projekte, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld

* Gutes Verständnis von SAP-Prozessen in Bereichen wie Finance, Logistik oder Produktion

* Kenntnisse der SAP-Activate-Methodik von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Projektteams

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell
