Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und wirtschaftlich erfolgreiches Unternehmen in Linz, suchen wir: 1 Teamleiter_in - Controlling Arbeitsort: 4020 Linz

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Entlohnung: ab € 5.000 brutto/Monat mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Teams

* Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting und laufende Unternehmensplanung

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Managementreportings sowie relevanter Steuerungskennzahlen

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung der Geschäftsführung und der Fachbereiche

* Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Abweichungsanalysen

* Optimierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse und -Systeme

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finance

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling

* Führungserfahrung bzw. nachweisbare Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung von Teams

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Kostenrechnung, Forecasting und Reporting

* Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und BI-Systemen

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denkvermögen

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeiten

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeit

* Gehalt ab € 5.000,- brutto/Monat - je nach Berufserfahrung & Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich
