Ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie kundenorientierte Lösungen stehen dabei stets im Mittelpunkt.Du bist organisatorisch stark, behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Vorgängen den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft?Dann bist du bei REGLER FeltenStein genau richtig!Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Vollzeitkraft für 40 Wochenstunden.Voici tes missions:- Réception et coordination des appels techniques (répartition des tickets clients)- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques afin d’assurer une résolution rapide et efficace des demandes clients- Réception, contrôle et stockage adéquat des marchandises- Préparation des commandes (picking) et organisation des expéditions selon les consignes- Réalisation de contrôles de stock et d’inventaires- Entretien, rangement et organisation du stock ainsi que de la zone de stockage- Documentation et enregistrement des entrées et sorties de marchandises dans le système de gestion des stocks ou ERP- Participation à l’optimisation des processus de stockage et de logistiqueDas sind deine Aufgaben:- Entgegennahme und Koordination von technischen Anrufen (Dispatch von Kundentickets)- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams zur schnellen und effektiven Lösung von Kundenanfragen- Bestellung, Annahme, Kontrolle sowie sachgerechte Einlagerung von Waren- Kommissionierung und Versandvorbereitung von Aufträgen nach Vorgaben- Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren- Pflege, Ordnung und Organisation des Lagerbestands sowie des Lagerbereichs- Dokumentation und Buchung von Warenein- und -ausgängen im Warenwirtschafts- bzw.
