Buscamos um(a) profissional com boa comunicação, proatividade e responsabilidade, que tenha disponibilidade para atuar em escala 12x36 e resida em São José ou proximidades.

Requisitos: -Atuar das 07:00h às 19:00h escala 12x36. -Ensino médio completo, -Pacote office intermediário, -Residir em São José, Biguaçu ou proximidades, -Boa comunicação. -Escala 12x36 -Residir nas proximidades ou possuír veículo próprio, será um diferencial.

Perfil: Proativo(a), Trabalho em equipe, Responsável.

Principais Atividades: Atendimento ao cliente via telefone;

Atender as ligações do 0800 da assistência e fazer as devidas tratativas;

Acionar nossos prestadores de serviço para atender o associado da melhor forma e o mais rápido possível;

Captar novos fornecedores;

Monitorar o atendimento do prestador de serviço;
