Deine Aufgaben

  • Ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Arbeit ist die Pflege unserer überwachungspflichtigen, monitorisierten Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Du lebst mit uns Interdisziplinarität: Dazu gehören Rapporte, der Austausch und die enge Zusammenarbeit über die Disziplinen hinweg
  • Mit deinem Fachwissen bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil bei der Ausbildung unserer Nachwuchskräfte
  • Du bist aktiv an der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen beteiligt und nutzt dabei deinen Gestaltungsspielraum
  • Bei uns dokumentierst du mobil und direkt am Patienten in einem modernen KIS und kannst dich auf deine Kernkompetenzen konzentrieren

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, ein ausländischer Berufsabschluss ist vom SRK als gleichwertig anerkannt
  • Berufserfahrung in der Neurologie
  • Idealerweise Zusatzausbildung im Bereich IMC, Anästhesie, Notfall oder Intensivpflege
  • Bereitschaft, berufsbegleitend die Weiterbildung zur Überwachungspflege zu absolvieren
  • Interesse an der Überwachung und Behandlung komplexer neurologischer Patientinnen und Patienten
