Modernste Robotiktherapie für muskuloskelettale und geriatrische Rehabilitation, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Parklandschaft. Dazu die erste gerontotraumatologische Rehaabteilung der Schweiz. Das Umfeld in der Rehaklinik Dussnang tut auch den rund 330 Mitarbeitenden gut.

Unsere Küche kocht für Patient:innen, Mitarbeitende und Gäste im Restaurant Tannzapfe: regionale Produkte, moderne Menus, ein dynamisches Team mit viel Eigenverantwortung, Dienstplan vier Wochen im Voraus und Zulagen für Wochenend\- und Feiertagsdienste. Für die fachliche Betreuung unserer Diät\- und Sonderkost suchen wir dich.

Darauf darfst du dich freuen:

  • Du trägst die fachliche Verantwortung für die Diät\- und Sonderkost unserer Patient:innen, von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zu Ernährungsberatung und Pflege bei individuellen Kostformen, Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten.
  • Du arbeitest als vollwertiges Mitglied des Küchenteams auf allen Posten mit, inklusive à la carte Restaurant und kleineren Anlässen.
  • Du stellst HACCP und Allergenmanagement im Diätbereich sicher und entwickelst die Abläufe mit.
  • Du gestaltest die Ausbildung unserer Lernenden Koch/Köchin EFZ mit und gibst dein Wissen an Lernende und Pflege weiter.

Darüber freuen wir uns:

  • Koch/Köchin EFZ mit eidg. Fachausweis Diätkoch/Diätköchin oder in Ausbildung dazu; wir unterstützen dich beim Abschluss.
  • Erfahrung mit Diät\- und Sonderkost, idealerweise im Spital\-, Reha\- oder Heimbereich.
  • Exakte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von Patient:innen.
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, am kreativen Kochen und am Vermitteln von Wissen.
  • Offenheit für digitale Arbeitsmittel (Menüerfassung, Bestellwesen) und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend\- und Feiertagseinsätzen im Turnus.
