Ernährungsberater/\-in (w/m/a) 30 \- 80 % ==========================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Ernährungstherapien\- und Beratungen von Patientinnen und Patienten aus den Fachbereichen Neurologie, Onkologisch\-Internistischen, Geriatrischen und Muskuloskelettaler Rehabilitation
  • Durchführung von Vorträgen und Gruppenschulungen
  • Interdisziplinäre und multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
  • Aktive Teilnahme an internen Entwicklungsprozessen und Fortbildungsprogrammen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ernährungsberater/\-in in BSc / dipl. HF
  • Erfahrung in der ernährungstherapeutischen Betreuung bei parenteraler/venöser oder enteraler Ernährungssonden
  • SRK\-Anerkennung und Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Arbeitsbereitschaft
  • Freude an der Arbeit im interdisziplinären Team
