Deine Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung von kalten und warmen Speisen sowie Patisserie mit frischen und saisonalen Zutaten
  • Fachgerechte Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln sowie Anwendung verschiedener Kochtechniken
  • Teileinsätze an der Frontküche im Restaurant
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften
  • Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei den täglichen Arbeitsabläufen
  • Schrittweises Erlernen des Küchenhandwerks unter fachkundiger Anleitung

  • Begeisterung für das Kochen und Interesse an Lebensmitteln
  • Motivation, Neues zu lernen und die eigenen Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit handwerklichem Geschick
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Bereitschaft, am Wochenende zu arbeiten (durchschnittlich einmal im Monat)
