Responsable de Recursos Humanos

Desde Rehire acompañamos a una empresa metalúrgica familiar de más de 40 años de trayectoria, con una dotación de más de 30 colaboradores, en la búsqueda de un/a Responsable de Recursos Humanos para liderar la gestión integral del área.

La compañía se encuentra atravesando una etapa de transición y profesionalización de su gestión, por lo que buscamos un perfil con experiencia generalista, autonomía y capacidad para crear y ordenar el área desde cero, acompañando de cerca tanto al equipo como a la operación diaria de la planta.

Es una posición especialmente orientada a perfiles con experiencia en pymes y entornos industriales, que disfruten de roles hands-on y tengan capacidad para desenvolverse en contextos dinámicos, con contacto directo con colaboradores, delegados y sindicato.

Responsabilidades:

• Crear y organizar el área de Recursos Humanos y sus procesos desde cero.

• Armar, actualizar y mantener los legajos y documentación del personal.

• Ser referente para los colaboradores y acompañar las situaciones y necesidades del día a día.

• Gestionar la relación con delegados y representantes sindicales, particularmente con UOM.

• Gestionar novedades de ausentismo, certificados médicos y demás situaciones vinculadas al personal.

• Preparar y enviar la información necesaria para la liquidación de sueldos, actualmente tercerizada, y controlar las novedades correspondientes.

• Gestionar consultas laborales junto con asesores externos y abogados.

• Mantenerse actualizada sobre normativa laboral, programas, subsidios y oportunidades de capacitación.

• Liderar los procesos de búsqueda y selección de personal, incluyendo entrevistas y preselección.

• Desarrollar vínculos con escuelas técnicas, universidades y otras instituciones para generar pasantías, prácticas profesionalizantes y programas de formación.

• Acompañar y tutorear a jóvenes que se incorporen mediante estos programas.

• Trabajar sobre el clima laboral y proponer iniciativas que favorezcan el bienestar y sentido de pertenencia de los colaboradores.

• Gestionar necesidades relacionadas con el espacio de trabajo y canalizar los requerimientos del personal.

• Proponer e implementar mejoras en los procesos y herramientas de gestión de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en posiciones generalistas de Recursos Humanos.

• Experiencia trabajando en pymes, idealmente en empresas familiares.

• Experiencia en entornos industriales o productivos será especialmente valorada.

• Experiencia en gestión de relaciones laborales y contacto con sindicatos y delegados.

• Será especialmente valorada la experiencia con UOM u otros sindicatos de dinámicas similares.

• Experiencia en procesos de selección y entrevistas.

• Perfil hands-on, con capacidad para involucrarse tanto en tareas operativas como en iniciativas de mejora.

• Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía, tomar decisiones y resolver situaciones del día a día.

• Buen manejo de situaciones de conflicto, capacidad de negociación y resiliencia.

• Manejo de Excel y herramientas básicas de gestión.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial en San Fernando.

• Horario laboral: Part time, 5/6 horas diarias de lunes a viernes.

• Modalidad: 100% presencial.

• Lugar de trabajo: San Fernando, Buenos Aires.
