  • Improve store productivity, service, compliance, business continuity, customer experience, and financial performance.
  • Balance people, funding, timelines, and store workload to deliver programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Advise senior leaders as a store operations subject-matter expert and build alignment across field and support teams.
  • Hire, retain, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including people managers and senior program leaders.

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years leading teams in program development, project management, or omnichannel strategy and execution.
  • Seven or more years leading medium to large, cross-divisional projects within multi-year roadmaps.
  • Deep store operations knowledge gained in a complex national or international retail environment.
  • Experience translating strategy into operating plans and leading complex operational change with broad impact.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, financial, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt priorities in an evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; MBA preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
