In dieser abwechslungsreichen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden, Servicetechniker und internen Ansprechpartner. Du organisierst den nationalen und internationalen Ersatzteilversand und sorgst mit deiner serviceorientierten Art für eine professionelle und zuverlässige Kundenbetreuung. Dabei bringst du dein Organisationstalent, deine Kommunikationsstärke und dein Engagement täglich in einem technischen und dynamischen Umfeld ein. Gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kunden jederzeit auf einen erstklassigen Service und eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung zählen können

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Du nimmst Kundenanliegen telefonisch und schriftlich entgegen
  • Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Ersatzteilbewirtschaftung und sorgst für den Termingerechten Versand
  • Du organisierst und koordinierst nationale sowie internationale Versand- und Zollabwicklungen
  • Du prüfst und kontierst Transportrechnungen sorgfältig und unterstützt eine korrekte Kostenverrechnung
  • Du betreust das Wartungsvertragsmodell Quick-Service
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Auftragsprozess von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragserfassung bis zur Fakturierung von Ersatzteilen und Serviceeinsätzen

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und über Erfahrung im internationalen Zoll- und Versandwesen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Speditionen
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Französisch und Englisch kompetent mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern austauschen
  • Du fühlst dich in einem technischen, dynamischen Umfeld wohl und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du bist eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie einer selbstständigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
  • Der tägliche Kontakt mit Kunden bereitet dir Freude, und du überzeugst durch deine serviceorientierte und lösungsorientierte Art

Das bringst du zusätzlich mit:

  • Wünschenswert gute Französischkenntnisse- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Kundendienst, Innendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP oder einer vergleichbaren Unternehmenssoftware
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Maschinen, Ersatzteilen und technischen Zusammenhängen
