Dans le cadre du développement et de la structuration continue de notre département automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Acheteur / Conseiller technique capable de participer au pilotage de la performance d'un département clé de l'entreprise.L'environnement est structuré (ERP Odoo, plateforme Brightmotive, outils digitaux en place). Nous recherchons aujourd'hui un professionnel capable d'en exploiter tout le potentiel. Votre rôleRattaché(e) au Directeur Achats & Logistique, vous intégrez le département automobile et participez au pilotage opérationnel et stratégique du département automobile.Vous travaillez dans une équipe de 3 personnes et en collaboration avec la direction achats, les équipes commerciales, le magasin et la logistique.Votre mission : faire croître le département en volume et en rentabilité, tout en maîtrisant la complexité technique et la profondeur de gamme. Vos Responsabilités• Gestion de Gamme & Achats : Optimiser le référencement selon le parc automobile local, développer les gammes, gérer les commandes journalières et mener les négociations fournisseurs avec la Direction.• Performance & Stocks : Analyser en continu les rotations, réduire les stocks dormants et améliorer le taux de service.• Expertise Technique & Support : Apporter un appui technique pointu aux commerciaux et aux garages, analyser les problématiques complexes (moteur, transmission, châssis) et gérer les garanties/retours.• Stratégie & Marché : Assurer une veille active sur l'aftermarket, anticiper les évolutions du parc et débloquer des situations complexes dans l'intérêt du client et de l'entreprise.Votre ProfilVéritable expert(e) de la pièce automobile aftermarket, vous avez une forte culture produit et une obsession saine pour la rentabilité et la croissance.• Expérience : Minimum 5 ans chez un grossiste en pièces auto structuré en gestion de gamme (une expérience dans un réseau type AutoDistribution, LKQ, Alliance ou équivalent est un réel atout).• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des logiques de catalogage (groupes d'articles), des équivalences OEM et de la logique VIN.• Savoir-être : Esprit d'équipe, proactivité et capacité à faire avancer les sujets.À noter : Ce poste exigeant requiert une dimension analytique et produit.
